換貨政策

感謝於 HKOSCon 購物,為了讓你有更好的購物體驗,我們提供七日換貨服務。

假如你購買的貨物有尺寸問題,又或者你相信你的貨物有瑕疵,請於收到貨物的七天內與客戶服務部聯絡,並提供相片佐證。

貨品必須要未經穿著、未經洗滌、未被損壞、未曾使用,並且與簽收時的情況一樣,包含原本的包裝及標籤。

我們只接受因為尺寸問題而導致的換貨。我們只可以為你更換不同大小 / 顏色的產品。假如需要更換的貨品經已缺貨,我們只可以為你更換為其他類型同等價錢的貨品。

換貨所產生的運費須由買家支付。

所有產品只可以更換一次。

所有產品均不能退款。

如何進行換貨

換貨前請先與向客戶服務部 conference@opensource.hk 咨詢,並提供您的訂單編號 / 換貨原因 / 換貨產品名稱和尺碼等信息。我們將會與您聯絡,請耐心等待。

請根據客戶服務的指引進行換貨。

以下情況我們不能接受替換:

  • 我們不接受超過 7 天換貨期限的換貨要求
  • 我們不接受您未與我們聯繫就直接發回的退回物品
  • 商品已有使用痕跡、味道或人為造成髒污、沾染粉妝等,恕不接受換貨 
  • 商品已剪標、已下水洗滌、修改尺寸、其他加工,商品或配件丟失或損毀
  • 降價銷售 / 優惠活動中註明不設退換的折扣貨品

Exchange Policy

Thanks for shopping at HKOSCon. In order to provide a better online shopping experience, we offer a 7 Days Exchange program for your order.

If you find there is a size problem with your purchase, or you believe that your product is defective. Please contact our customer service within 7 days from the date of receipt. Photo to support the claims is required as well.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and in the same condition you received it, including its original packaging and product tag.

We only accept exchange requests due to size problems. In general, we are only able to exchange a different size / colour of the same product for you. If the product intended to exchange is out of stock, we can only exchange for the other type of product with the same price.

If you want to exchange your purchase, we will not be responsible for any additional ( if there is any ) shipping cost.

All merchandise can be exchanged for one time only.

All products cannot be refunded.

How to exchange

If you want to exchange an item, please contact our customer service conference@opensource.hk first. Please provide us the related information, e.g. your order number / reason of exchange / item name / size want to exchange for. We will respond to you as soon as possible, please be patient.

Please follow the instructions of our customer service to continue the process of exchange.

We do not accept exchange with the following conditions:

  • Items that are received over the 7 days exchange period.
  • Items that are returned without contacting us ahead.
  • Items with any wear mark, smell, or man-made stain.
  • Items that are not in their original packaging, and/or without their original tag.
  • Items that are marked as Sales items, or those which are specifically marked as non-exchangeable in promotions / campaigns.
